CASA of Paulding staff have extensive training with National and Georgia CASA and other organizations serving children.  CASA staff is available to speak or train on child abuse issues or the CASA program.  Please contact for availability.

Martha D. Carver, Executive Director

Martha started with CASA of Paulding April 1996 as the first Executive Director in charge of the day to day operation of the program.  Martha formerly served as the Program Coordinator  of a Victim Witness Assistance Program, Board Member of Prevent Child Abuse Douglas County, and a Shelter for Battered Women and Children.  She is currently active with the Paulding Collaborative for Children and Families, Prevent Child Abuse Paulding, the Paulding Child Abuse Protocol Committee and is a member of Shepherd of Hills UMC.  Martha is married to Don Carver and has two children that are volunteer CASAs.

Jamie White, Program Manager

Jamie became a CASA volunteer in 1999 and was later hired as a Program Manager in August 2001.  Jamie currently serves on the Breakfree Ministries Board of Directors and attends University of West Georgia.  She is active with the Paulding Chamber of Commerce and the Paulding Domestic Violence Task Force

Sheila King, Case Manager

Sheila has served as a CASA volunteer and Board Member of Prevent Child Abuse Paulding.  After retiring from AT&T Sheila wanted to focus on helping our communities children.  Sheila is married with two children and is a member of 1st Methodist Church of Dallas.
